KYIROV Careers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide professional support to customers through email, live chat, and online communication platforms while ensuring a positive customer experience.
This position is fully remote and is suitable for candidates who are organized, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Job Purpose
The Remote Customer Support Officer will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about services, maintaining customer records, and supporting overall customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and online support systems.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain customer records and support documentation.
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues.
- Assist in preparing support reports and performance summaries.
- Support onboarding of new customers when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
